Parota Wood Slabs
Parota has a heartwood which is light to medium brown. The heartwood also sometimes has an slight reddish-brown hue. Darker streaks of brown are usually found throughout the heartwood of Parota. The sapwood is a pale creamy-yellow color and it is clearly distinguishable from the heartwood. Parota trees usually have a large trunk which result in some impressive wide slabs!
